Delivery and Returns

Freedom should be hassle free. That’s why Fenetic Wellbeing will provide FREE delivery as standard on all products throughout most of the UK mainland.

All of our products have a flat rate shipping charge of £10, throughout most of the UK mainland. If you have any questions about you delivery feel free to message us in the chat or email us at support@easyhomemobility.co.uk. 

 

How long will delivery take?

The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. If for any reason your order will take longer, we’ll make sure to let you know. If you wish to have an express delivery please message us through our chat system or email us with the product you wish to purchase and a delivery address, one of our helpful advisors will give you a quote for the delivery ASAP. 

 

What if I don’t live on mainland UK?

There will be surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, but please get in touch by calling  0800 678 5261 and we will get the product to you no problem. 


What if I live outside the United Kingdom?


If you live outside the UK and want a product shipping to you please contact us on 0800 678 5261 or email us on support@easyhomemobility.co.uk, one of our hlpful advisors will get you a quote ASAP. 

  

Our Returns Policy

At Easyhome Mobility we are dedicated to giving the best customer service and making sure our customers are happy with their mobility product, if for some reason you are not happy with your product you have upto 14 days to return the item for the product in full. In this case you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product back to ourselves in the original packing the product arrived in.

We would be more than happy to help anyone who isnt happy with their product, please fill out our product returns section on our website 

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe your product to be faulty or defective you can get in contact with ourselves via the chat, call us on 0800 678 5261 or email us on support@easyhomemobility.co.uk. One of our trained engineers can help diagnose any simply faults or errors over the phone or emails. If the product has been deemed faulty or defective will be refunded in full including all shipping costs.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
